I am working on the app as an ISV partner. so for development & packaging, we are using development org & things are working fine so far.
Now as we started working on multiple things in parallel, I feel one org for everything is not correct. we want to change it to,
- 2 development org > so they can continue working on different modules
- 1 test org > Once development is done, we will merge the changes here & do the testing.
- 1 packaging org > It will be the main org where we want to create a managed package to submit to App Exchange.
In any production org, we have an ease to use sandbox & changeset to deploy changes from one org to another. but I don't have any idea how I can do that with the development org.
Can you please guide me on how I can do this correctly?

@Akshay Patel We tried using the suggested tool, but it's only 10 deployments per month & then we have to purchase. It's not suitable at the early stage of product development. do you have any other suggestions?
