Has anyone been able to set a new default value for the Service Delivery.Attendance Status component as it appears in the Service Session object's "Track Attendance" lightning component? I can't seem to figure out what controls the default values that appear int his component.
I was able to do this, but it's unintuitive, so I created a video walkthrough:

My recommendation is the following:
- Relabel the 'Present' picklist choice to "None" (keep the API Name of 'Present' the same)
- Create a Validation Rule to ensure that "None" cannot be selected (this is because you need to keep that picklist option active, but you don't want it selected because it will mess up attendence calculations) (also not this is not covered in the video)
- Create a new picklist option called "Attended"
- Create a new value under the 'Bucketed Values' in the Custom Metadata types for 'Attended', and change the "Bucket" to "Present"
