When we search for 'Firstname Lastname cases' (eg Hanna Sandoval cases), it seemingly randomly decides to filter Cases by Contacts = Hanna Sandoval or User = Hanna Sandoval.
Salesforce R&D says it's working as designed, but I just don't understand the response. It seems to randomly use User or Contact. And as @Service Cloud Users I of course would like it to behave the way it used to, before Spring 23 release, finding cases where that person is the Owner of the cases searched. I could argue either way, but I find it extremely frustrating that the behavior is not reliable.
Anyone else have issues with this?
@Mukund Ramachandran thank you, I appreciate it. You can see examples of the different search results in the case. And there doesn't seem to be any consistency whatsoever.
