I have my trailhead and webassessor account associated with personal email id. My company provides a certification voucher for the webassessor account linked with company mail id. Can I merge company mail id to my existing webassessor account or should I create a new account. In that case, will I be able to link my new account's certifications to my existing Trailhead id?? What is the solution here?

You should be able to use code with your personal email id. I usually do that, my trailhead and webassesor accounts are on my personal email Ids but my org provides my coupon code on my official email ID
