Profile visibility to Filters (facets)

Hello everyone, 

Is there any way to distinguish Guest User vs Account User visibility for different filters on Lightning?

We have 1 filter that should be only visible for Account Users as Guest Profile does not have visibility to such field.Because the Results Layout is an OOTB component I cannot control which Profiles have Visibility for different Filters (Facets).
