Hi Experts,

In order to structure the relevant files on account level, I want to set up a folder structure that is the same for all accounts.

How can I set this up?

On top, it would be perfect if this can be individualized for a single account by the owner itself, f.ex. adding another folder.

Thank you in advance.

BR Niklas

Hi Niklas, this is a challenge if you're using native Files on Salesforce. Files don't have a built-in folder structure, except within the confines of Libraries. When you create libraries you can create a folder structure and add members, but I'm not aware of a way to post a Library on individual record pages unfortunately. Where I have seen this use case, clients rely on a 3rd party package on the appExchange, such as DropBox, where you can create directories and store a list of externally files on that record.  Files Connect could also do something like this.
