Stuck on last step from a trailblaizer project Set Up Case Escalation and Entitlements

I followed every step and also went back to retake them, but I am stuck on the final step of the trail. All I have to do is test if everything is installed as it should, but in the Create New Case the field Entitlement name is missing.

Does anyone know what I am doing wrong?
