Authorize an Org failed. ENOTFOUND 7890

Dear Trailblazers, 

I am new to Lightning Web Components development, currently struggling with dev environment. 

I have installed CLI and Visual Studio Code, as well as Salesforce Extension Pack.

After I created a project using "sfdx: Create Project", I am trying "sfdx: authorize an org". 

A new chrome page opened, then I click my credentials, and below errow message showed to me:

Error authenticating with auth code due to: tunneling socket could not be established, cause=getaddrinfo ENOTFOUND 7890

This is most likely not an error with the Salesforce CLI. Please ensure all information is accurate and try again.

I have tried to find similar issues from web but failed to fix this issue. 

Would anybody kindly provide me any link or suggestions?
