Does anyone have a recommendation on an LMS App for user training in Salesforce?

Does anyone have a recommendation on an LMS App for user training in Salesforce? 

The biggest issue I'm having is being able to track and report on in-house produced content.

Learning Path is perfect for our needs except you can't track/report activity on custom url's. It's unfortunate that this critical piece of functionality is missing from Learning.
