Following Release note mentions that Entitlement Process can be re-entered: https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=release-notes.rn_entitlement_mgmt_enhancements.htm&type=5&release=238 It says: "If the record reenters the entitlement process, the timer resumes from the time that the record exited the entitlement process." Can you please let me know and share the documentation on how can an Entitlement be reentered once exited? Because as per my understanding, once it is exited "Entitlement Process End Date" is populated and it can't be be changed afterwards. Please let me know if that's not the correct understanding.
