Gene Hurley (MMT) 님이 Service for Slack (beta)에 질문했습니다

I'm aware that within Slack, the user can go to "More Actions" and select the option to push the message to Salesforce, were it lands in the Feed.  I like and need this feature, but what I *really* want is  for all the back and forth messages in a swarm channel to be copied over into the Feed.  To me, it's just as important to have all the brainstorming information that came to the answer documented into the case as it is to just have the final answer.  When there are 20 or 30 or more slack messages on a given topic, it's annoying and not efficient to push each of those messages over to Salesforce one at a time.

Our long standing process before swarming became available would be to copy the full conversations out of slack and paste them into the Feed in Salesforce.  If I can't push the whole conversation over in one push, or better yet, have the swarm conversations get automatically logged into the case's Feed, swarming has just a marginal set of benefits compared to our standing copy and paste approach.

Am I missing something in my configuration or not understanding how to get to the feature I'm looking for?

Or better yet, just "Embed" Slack in Salesforce as the new "Chatter"  :)
