Hi, I'm struggling to understand why this is happening. I have a development org and a user test org. I'm configuring Web-to-case and I would like to select a Lightning email template to be sent out once the case is submitted.
On my development org, I have the option to select between Classic and Lightning templates (first picture). On my user test org, I don't have this option (second picture - The dropdown option does not show up).
I tried searching online for this issue, but couldn't find anything. Has anyone ever had this issue before? Am I missing any configuration here?

@Michael Brown, an update here, after disabling and enabling Lightning Email Templates, I logged off and logged in again in the Org and now I'm able to select the Lightning Template :)
