where can I find that a lead is responded to an email which is sent by a user from the lead record?
I have enabled Enhanced email tracking, and also configured Einstein Activity Capture but couldn't find anything.
My use case is if a user sent an email to a lead 5 times and there is no response from the lead, I have to update the lead status.
