I am confused with OMS and B2C? Are both different? What are the certification names for both of different?

Since you have a background in OMS, I would suggest digging deeper into the OMS side, although most of the materials are on the Partner Learning Camp (for which you need to be a registered partner).

As you do not know to code, I guess a BA's role for OMS could be a career path. But to get to the training materials, you must join a Salesforce partner ( I assume you are on a job hunt? )
