Hello,
I raised a case two days ago but have not heard back and I'm worried my admin cert will expire on Monday. Please help! I completed the maintenance module to keep my admin cert current. I received the email below confiming it, on May 16. Then, on May 28, I received a new email saying : "You have one or more certificates in your Salesforce org . 00D5e000001D3oY that will expire soon. Review the list below and visit Certificate and Key Management from Setup to make an update. - SelfSignedCert_07Jun2021_133902, Self-Signed, expires on 6/7/2022"
When I log in to setup and go to key management it shows no selfsignedcerts. What do I do?
Thanks! Here is the confirmation email from May 16:
"Hi Amanda,
Congratulations, you've completed the Administrator Certification Maintenance (Spring '22) badge on Trailhead required to maintain your credential(s)! By completing this maintenance, your credential status has been updated to Active.
You can view the status of your Salesforce credentials by visiting your Trailblazer.me profile. Your current status will be updated within one business day.
For more information about Credential maintenance, check out the following article: Maintaining Your Salesforce Credential.
Have questions? Submit a case.
Thanks!
#Trailhead Team Trailhead"
For anyone who searches for this, it turns out my certificate and certification are totally different. " lease note, that notice was about SFDC Certificates, not Salesforce Certifications. Salesforce Certification only sends emails from certification@salesforce.com and we never use SFDC abbreviation. The nomenclature difference is important because certificates reference some kind of technical situation. Please go through this article and reach out to your account contact for more information."
