Hello, I am trying to create a report that will list our accounts with NO activities (open or completed). This will help in an analysis to understand which customer accounts we have never interacted with according to Salesforce and need to be analyzed further. I have created a report type on Accounts as the primary object, activities as the secondary and set it to show records from the primary (Account) that do not have records with the secondary (Activities) but it does not seem to show Accounts with 0 Activities (furthermore I cannot sort the report results by record count with that large an amount of data?). Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
