We have a business request to set up a field called 'Account Status' on the Account Object, that should display one of the following values based on theses rules: Values and associated rules:
- Target: Account with no Opportunities ever created against it
- Prospect: Account with an Open Opportunity in place & no opportunities that have reached closed-won
- Customer: Account where a Closed-Won Opportunity was closed in last 3 years
- Dormant: Account where Closed-Won Opportunity exists but most recent Close Date was over 3 years ago Looking for some ideas around best practice to get this working, Flow seems to be the way but its fairly complex in places needing to look at dates etc. Thanks

Just as an FYI, the issue was the NOT(ISBLANK(RollUp2)) since it's never blank but returns 0, so the new formula is:

IF(AND(OR(ISBLANK( Customer_Dormant_Status__c ),ADDMONTHS(Customer_Dormant_Status__c,36)<TODAY()),Prospect_Status__c>0), "Prospect",
