I have 4 opportunities related to account. So for Example when First Opportunity created with amount 1000 and it closed won and new upsell opportunity created with amount 2000 and it closed then have to show change in amount either on opportunity or Account(2000-1000=1000).

What you could do is, create a field on the Account, which captures the Amount of the last closed opportunity and another field that captured the Difference.
Once an opportunity is closed won in an account, for the first time, you can store it's amount in the the newly created fields.
Every Subsequent opportunity closed will pick the old value from the field, calculate the difference and store it in the difference field on Account.
