We are using salesforce/inbox and email tracking. We have noticed that ANY email open (even if the sender reviews the email after send, or a person who was CC'd) counts as an email open and will show up in the activity feed rather than it only tracking the recipient opening the email. Does anyone know a workaround for this?

Is there a workaround for this for business with remote users? We do not use a VPN and have users who use standard residential internet connections with dynamic IP addresses.
