Hi guys, I´m looking for a Project Management Tool which helps team-leaders to manage resources, mainly available time-slots of their team members. As most of the existing tools on the AppExchange focus on SF-tasks, our challenge will be to get those tasks aligned with Outlook events, to avoid any double bookings. Until so far our experience with any syncing tool of Salesforce is disappointing as there are always issues (like failing sync because of an event related to an object in SF) which make it unreliable. So currently the only option I see is completely outsourcing the task and resource management to another tool. Let me know if you have made the same experience and maybe found a solution?!

At Cirrus Insight we focus on a few main things: -Allow you to share your calendar externally -Automatically sync emails and events to the right place in salesforce -Bring salesforce into your inbox through a sidebar -Give you insights (track email opens, clicks, and web visits)
With Cirrus Insight you would have a Salesforce sidebar right in your email inbox so you can update accounts, contacts and sync right from there.
