Problem with "reset password"

Hello, community. A few days ago all our orgs faced with an issue. When user is trying to login to community site => he has an option 'reset password' if e.g. forgot it. User fills input field with own 'username' and after clicking the button from LWC component apex is called, and this method will work Site.forgotPassword(username)

After calling this method we expect to get email with link for creating new password, but we don't get it.

A few days ago it was working as expected, now (I think after the new release updating) it is not working. Who is faced with a similar problem and can help with resolving it? From setup in internal clouds for example it still works as expected
