I tried multiple times setting up the exchange rates and followed same steps a mentioned ,but i am still getting this error.
"Step not yet complete in My Trailhead Playground 1
We couldn’t find the new opportunity with the correct information. Ensure that you have entered the opportunity information correctly."

I did not have an account created for the opportunity. Once I created the account "United Oil & Gas, UK", it worked.
