We have a flow that creates a quip document when an opp is marked WON.
The issue is, if someone goes in and makes a change to that already WON opp, upon save, the flow runs again and creates a duplicate folder.
Is there a reasonable way to stop or redirect the flow if the quip folder already exists?
Dave i'm very new to studying Flows. But I recently read something of a similar use case but instead of creating a quip doc, my example created a contract. Seems like you're probably using "create" and you need some type of a decision element. If the quip element has the recordID, then your flow moves to update, as opposed to create. To the user I believe your intent is to keep the opp won so they would never see any of this happening in the background. Not sure if that helps or not.
