Some donations that are in salesforce do not apply to click & pledge, making the donation meter inaccurate. I am pretty sure it's the corporate donations that don't show up, although I am not positive.
An example: A client got a large matched donation from a corporation and her fiancé. On her click & pledge it is saying she is still short the amount of the corporate donation, even though in salesforce everything is there.

We can offer advice, but I do not know how you enter your gifts, what meter you refer to, or how your matching gifts are configured.
