I am trying to do some modules on Trailhead but when I launch my most recent Playground, I am re-routed to a different playground and the URL doesn't match my playground name. I noticed it this morning when trying to complete a challenge and it not finding what I had just done in the playground.

Hello,
It's interesting you mentioned this as I answered a post a few weeks back from someone with a very similar issue.
Is it possible you are flicking between multiple playgrounds at the same time ?
Something else to consider is your local browser cache.
