I have multiple Web to Case forms setup and if someone that does not have a contact record in SF submits a case, I want to be able to create the contact record preferably by a click of a button within the Case layout using the Web Name and Web Email and any other relevant data I have included in the Web to Case HTML.
Also if I want to be able to use the Quick Action button to Send Email, I need the Web Email prefilled. I'm not sure how to sort this.

Hi Gareth,
One of the way is to create a quick action on case object , and link it with a custom aura component, and that component will responsible to create the contact.
Same thing can be achieve by calling flow from the quick action.
