I have a related record component on my lightning record page layout for Case for record Type V right at the top of the page. I want agents to be able to search easily and attach the related account. However, we have multiple BU's in this org and I only want them to be able to see Accounts of Type V in this related record lookup. Is there a way to configure this in setup with filters without creating a flow? Can anyone help?

Actually we dont have any filters in the standard funcationality for this requirement.
