Create an LWC component on which we have a stateful icon button. On click of that, we need to store page record id, URL, Type of Object, User details, Date and time in a custom object
also if the thing is stored on click again it should remove the record

Hello Vikas ,
State full icon button is like Facebook , Linkedin Like button . When you like something it stays there until you click again to remove it .
