I am following a trailhead training class called "Build a Discount Calculator". In that class I am on the last part called "Distribute the Flow with a Custom Button'. Everything works fine until I get to the part of dragging the new customer button in the "Opportunity Layout" to the custom Buttons area in the Opportunity Detail.
From what I can find this is a security issue but I am an admin in my Developers Edition Org. I also checked and I have the writes as an admin to "customize apps". So I am unable to complete the last step in this process.
Does anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this?

I did get the answer. You need to drag from Buttons not Moble Lighting like it says in the instructions. Thanks everyone. That worked.
