    Hi @Jim Forbes ,

     

    State is a field that can be searched. If you search for the state name, you should see all records with an address in that state. 

    This may include more results than what you want however. (ex: If the Account "Miami Vacations" is located in FL ...). 

     

    Another option is to create views. 

     

    Go to the Contacts Landing page. You should see a "NEW" button (close to the drop down menu) that will allow you to create a new list view. When creating a new view, you will be able to specify your own filters and columns. (ex: State = X)
