We use the native Lightening Dialer provided by SalesForce. We need to be able to transfer calls to phone numbers outside of our phone directory. I'm reading varying articles, several of which mention the CTI and creating a call center. As we are not using a third party for calling, we don't have a CTI file. How do we create a call center in this case? Or is there another option that will allow us to do live call transfers?
