I have a couple questions related to dataloader. I need to alter a bunch of data and have the record changed from something to a Null value. However, I can't see that option in my settings. I have the free version right now. Do I need to upgrade to the professional in order to do that kind of manipulation?
Another question I have is I need to insert a bunch of contacts with the exact same information, but into different accounts. It's how we do people that are allowed to place orders. So person 1 can place orders at Accounts 1 &2, but person 1 has the exact same info for both. When I try to do that, I am not allowed because it says they're all duplicates, understandably. Is there a way to bypass that and tell dataloader to ignore that they all have the same info? Thanks!!
I looked into that as well, but I don't see anything possible still :(. I don't see any advanced settings
