Has anyone else had issues registering for the Winter '19 Release Readiness Live?

I have tried half a dozen times and don't seem to be able to complete the 'submit' step. I really like the release readiness webinars and I want to do this one. Not sure if it's a browser issue, but it may be related to the final dropdown menu on the registration screen. (see screenshot below) I haven't been able to see any choices, so I'm not sure what it's for or whether it's preventing me from completing the registration. Using Chrome, thanks for any advice.
