Problem Set "Levels" On Contact

Hi All,

I was able to set "levels" on To account and everything went great. but as soon as I tried to set the "levels" for Contact on I don't have any values in the field "Level Field" (only "None"). See also Print Screen attached.

I don't know if it's relative to the issue but I also noticed that on Account Object, I do have Level field but on Contact Object I don't.
