For me its thinking through the volunteer on boarding and scheduling process. This is where my recent Salesforce implementation work is the strongest. Attached is my presentation I have used to help our Volunteer team explain their process.

At GBFB I have continued to buildout our SFDC instance with many useful App mostly for everything related to member agency data. I'm always happy to share the types of things we have implemented which has dramatically increased team member productivity and agency involvement.
