Hello, all! I'm curious if there's any great Salesforce use cases from support areas serving diversity affairs? We have a specific Office of Diversity Affairs in the business school that we've struggled to on-board, but they have the interest. They aren't tech-adverse, just very busy and concerned if they stop long enough to get trained, they'll drown in their daily work (chicken and egg). Just looking to see if some other diversity affairs offices have had success using Salesforce, and if so, in what ways?

I'd be happy to chat about how we've recently expanded the use of Salesforce here at the UC Diversity and Engagement. Briefly, we use it to plan external affairs/communications campaigns, grant/donor management, track relationship building with contacts and groups, volunteer and event registration, and alumni outreach. We've built communities to manage a student/teacher advising, teacher training, and more. We also plan on using it to manage quotes/contracts with different school districts and schools.
