I made an update to the "Lead Source" pick-list on the opportunities form. The few new options do not appear on the form but are present in the set-up. What have I missed? I did a similar edit to another pick-list on a different form and it worked fine. Any advice would be appreciated. Thx

@Dave Lea @Kalman Sweetwine @Steve Molis Thank you for your help!!! I'm so new to this and feel a little lost. I just went and reread your instructions and questions to me then looked over what I had done. Bingo! I figured out that I had not gone into the record type (donation) but instead misinterpreted and created a record type (lead source). Silly me! Thank you all for your help!! Much appreciated.
