After using classic Vertical Response from within Salesforce for years with no problem, a few months ago all of our mass emails to gmail users started being directed to their spam folder, with gmail reporting:

"Why is this message in spam? It is similar to messages that were identified as spam in the past."

Needless to say, many of our supporters are gmail users, so I feel the need to fix this somehow...

...but I can't seem to figure out from web research what specific action to take.

Anyone else having this happen to them with VR? Maybe it's something we did wrong in the content of an email? We did send an email that had no text, just an image announcing a charity concert. Maybe that triggered gmail to start marking all subsequent emails from us as spam?

Tell every one of our gmail users to look in spam and click "Not Spam" on one of our emails?

Switch email marketing apps?

Any advice is most appreciated.

Oh yay. That's great news. Hope the trend continues. That seems like a pretty easy fix!
