Yes, currently we have leads, these are our prospective students who have inquired with us via web, events, or conferences. We have integrated Salesforce with Banner and receive daily dumps. Our questions is, once a student applies, that information is directly submitted in Banner. However, the student says lead. Right now it is a manual process for me to go in and look at my leads and click that the person applied... however, if they applied, they should turn into student status because they now have an application with us. I am trying to figure out how this process can be automated without the manual process. I was unable to attend the Higher Ed Summit, but here it was a success.
