I'm finding myself unable to share Lightning email template folders. For the relevant folder I click 'Share', choose the user and the level of access they should have and click 'Done'. The menu disappears, but the user still doesn't have access to the template folder.
I've confirmed that Folders and Enhanced Sharing is turned on. I've also made sure that the 'Create Folders for Lightning Email Templates' and 'Manage Public Lightning Email Templates' permissions are assigned. Still no luck.

So I tried doing it, enabled Folders and Enhanced Sharing then shared with a user and given the access level to the users but then when I logged in as the user I was able to access the template but even I didn't got the option of shared once I shared with a user, it just gave option "All Shares" and not to share.
So what I did, I went back and disabled Folders and Enhanced Sharing and then enabled again and the option to share appeared again. You can do the same and try and you'll get the option to share again.
