Hello everyone - Myself and a few others (@Katie McFadden & @Colleen McCarthy) are endeavoring to collect information about a variety of form integration tools in order to eventually produce a consumer or comparison report. This is all in the early stages still but I wanted to run this list of tools by the community and see if there are any others we should add or any that maybe we shouldn't bother with?
Here's the list:
* Form Assembly
* Form Stack
* Wufoo
* Get Feedback
* Survey Monkey
* Soapbox Engage
* Skuid
* FormSite
* Wordpress Form Tools
We will also cover Web-to-Lead, Web-to-Case, and Sites/Visualforce at least briefly.

I am so happy you are doing this work! I am in the research phase to figure out what tool(s) we are going to use with Salesforce. Currently we use Wufoo, Google Forms, and Survey Monkey for our events, Letters of Introduction, online requests, and event/class feedback, but none of the data is being integrated with Salesforce yet. I hear raves about Pardot, but I think that's more high-end, and much more than a form builder. Classy and Causeview have both been recommended to me, too, but, again, they are not just form builders. Everyone seems very happy with the Salesforce integration and flexibility of Form Assembly. I'm new to this, and I can't wait to read your report! Thanks again!
