Was this functionality added to Lightning yet?

In Classic, when looking at any list view (standard or custom), if sorting by an alphabetic or alpha-numeric field, the alphabet displays across the top of the list so I can not only sort by a column (field), but also narrow it down results list to a specific letter of the alphabet. For example, if looking at an Account list, sorting by "Billing State" field & clicking "C" would list CA, CO, CT.
