I'm just starting to use Lightning seriously to get the sysadmin "eat my own dogfood" experience before I move my whole org, so this might just be a newbie Q:
In a LE report page, in the filters section, in the date filter, when choosing Custom, I can't type a date in mm/dd/yy format, like, "3/31/18". I get an "invalid date" error. Using the calendar picker, SF fills in "March 31, 2018".
In Classic I can type 3/31/18.
Can I really not just type mm/dd/yy in LE? What do people do in this situation? Use Classic reports? Use the date picker? I run a lot of reports so I like the speed of using the keyboard whenever possible :)
