Hello! With the increased need for remote work, we are looking at ways to interact with the individuals we serve via text messaging. I see that Sales and Marketing clouds come with text-to-salesforce capabilities, but that option might not be affordable and I'm not sure how that licensing works. Anyone else using text functionality integrated with NPSP?

I haven't used it yet, but went to a number of demos and looks great. The price model is based more on # of messages sent rather than the number of users, so if volume isn't huge and phone numbers are being shared by staff, its a good low cost solution.

Of the demos I've seen at Dreamforce, 360 SMS App would be my next choice, and probably a better at scale option. But the per user pricing model becomes much more expensive. That said, 360 SMS App seemed to be willing to work out pricing should we decide to pursue it.
