Any reason why I can't access the new Lightning Experience for Mobile?

I have the latest version of the Salesforce mobile app for iPad and I'm still seeing the old mobile experience/UI, not the new Lightning Experience. I have access to other Salesforce orgs and see the new UI when I switch to those accounts in the mobile app, but it goes back to plain jane mobile for my .org org. Any thoughts? The new UI was supposed to require zero config to turn on - I've already run through the "New Salesforce Mobile App QuickStart" in Setup.

There is a 'New Salesforce Mobile App for Tablet' section in Quick Start in Setup. It needs to be turned on separately. That may be your issue:
