My non-profit org has been using an external service to send its email newsletter. They have asked me if it can be done in Salesforce. The newsletter has lots of images which I have loaded into a library in Files.
I have created an email template and am pulling in the images from the Files library, but the images appear quite wide (over 1000px) and I am concerned that the email may not resolve to well in certain desktop and mobile email apps if the images that that wide.
Are there any recommendations of how I should set up the template width so it can be viewed on most email platforms? Do I need to worry about this or does Salesforce handle it automatically?
