We are starting test data loads and need to access sandbox. We have tried logging in with our Salesforce logins and it keeps saying to check username and password. This is happening with 2 of our staff. Can you help? Thanks!

@Nicole Damstetter Hi Nicole, if I was added as a user after the sandbox was created, does the Sys Admin have to send me an email to grant access?
