When I was a community organizer in college, one of our mottos was "No one knows everything, but together we know a lot."  This so rings true in the Ohana!  So why is it so scary to admit our gaps in knowledge or ask for support?  At last week's @NPSP Days , I had some deep conversations about learning/growing and I'm excited to share them with you here.  Thanks to @Dean Graham  @Ashley Vogel@Ryan Ozimek and @Katie McFadden  for a wonderful day and rich discussions!
