I am trying to create apps for our different projects and would like to have a way to create a form that one fills in when loading a beneficiary (contact) to do a needs analysis. The needs should be kept as a back end list so that we can search it- for example we are doing bursaries this week and can search all contacts that need help with bursaries. Then also we are doing a grocery outreach with 2 admin teams. These 2 teams get a list of households to visit. They open the form and type in the household number and the contact info pops up and they confirm the info and then tick what they are giving the person, any comments and even have the beneficiary sign. This then links to another backend where the person at the grocery collection point gets a popup or some kind of list with the person coming to get their groceries info on and can tick it as done as they arrive. There is already a similar app called foodbank helper but is not customisable to our needs as far as I know and to all of our projects. We also want to build in an alert when someone from a family has already been signed up and seen to reduce duplicate recipients on a certain day or project.

Is there a way to do this as a lay person- no coding background? Do you have a workaround for us?

I would look into Lightning Flow in Salesforce. You can build forms which can pull and push information in Salesforce. Some parts of what you want do are rather simple (like having checkboxes or updating Salesforce) while others are more complex (like asking for a signature or wanting it to be mobile responsive).
