I'm trying to import recurring donations using the import button on the Recurring Donations page. The Import page looks just like the NPSP Import Wizard, but Recurring Donations is chosen in the first box.
My import file contains the following:
Recurring Donation Name
Record Owner [ps Does this mean the Owner Id i.e. the User's SF ID?]
Amount
Date Established
Fund
Last Donation Date
These objects can be matched. The problem is there is no place to match the Org or Contact that this RD belongs to. Plus, when I try to import I'm getting the error:
FIELD_CUSTOM_VALIDATION_EXCEPTION:You must select an Organization or Contact:--
So, I'm thinking, EXACTLY! I want to match it to a contact or org, but WHERE??? There is no such field available for picking on the matching list.
